Cancellation And Refunds

No cancellation or refunds are possible for the following blackout days. Please check and verify before booking on the following dates:

  • 1st January
  • 13th and 14 January
  • 13th and 14th February
  • 8th March
  • Holi
  • Diwali
  • Eid
  • Navratri
  • Durga Puja
  • Christmas
  • 31st December
  • And Any Weekends

Please note:

  1. In case the cancellation policies are not mentioned on the service/ product or package page the following terms will apply.
  2. In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be affected and in such cases, we or service providers will try their best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
  3. Confirmed bookings are non-transferable in nature.
  4. We try our best but under some circumstances, we might not be able to arrange your booked add-ons. In such cases, the update will be given to you and the full value of the add-on shall be refunded.

Cancellation For Decoration Services

  • 24 hours post booking: Cancellation with 90% refund eligible.

  • 48 hours post booking: Cancellation with 75% refund eligible

  • 72 hours post booking: Cancellation with 50% refund eligible

  • Post 72 hours of booking: No Refunds on cancellation

In case of unavoidable circumstances like death in the immediate family, accidental cases, critical medical emergencies, customers can postpone the booking at no extra cost. The advance amount will be adjusted for the upcoming party or celebration. Validity will be 1 year from the date of party booking.
